Brandon's Popcorn Story

Below is a story that was sent to me by a volunteer:

Brandon Smith ($2,800 IN POPCORN SALES) from Pack 240 in Torrance found a way to help his pack and also help his fathers company at the same time.

How did he do this you ask? (Selling popcorn).

How could this be?

Well here's how he did it:

His father works for a home health care company called Health View Home Health based in Long Beach, CA. Each year his company gives small thank you gifts to its customer as appreciation for their business.

This year Brandon asked his father if his company would give Cub Scout popcorn as its gift instead of the usual stuff. He agreed and the results were outstanding. Not only did Brandon's pack and Scouting benefit from the sales, but Health View's customers were impressed with the support that the company gave to Scouting. And yes, they liked eating the popcorn too.
