Basic Forms
Below is a list of the three basic forms needed to prepare a Camping Trip.

First -
The Local Tour Permit is used for trips of less than 500 miles. Our District Camping Chair, James Webber, will be available at roundtable each month to sign Tour Permits.

Second-
You should have a separate permission slip for each Scout for each activity.

Third-
Make sure each scout and adult has updated their annual medical form. Medical forms are private; use them only on a need-to-know basis to ensure Troop leadership are prepared to handle situations which might arise.
